Scott grew up in Livingston, New Jersey where he learned to dance at his Mother's Dancing School Michele's Dance Studio. An Avid New York Yankees fan, Sandler would later move 22 miles into the City to pursue his career. In 1997 he moved to Los Angeles, where he currently resides while making frequent trips back to the East Coast.

With 8 Varsity letters under his belt, he can breakdance, rap, and is trained in ballet, tap, and jazz.
